This redevelopment of the Former Market Hall site, by Kier Construction, features a four-storey commercial office building and a pavilion for community activities and events. We supplied the doorsets for both buildings, including Fire and Smoke rated and Acoustic Performance doorsets, with 73 doors, 67 frames and 8 screens delivered in total.
The Project Manager said “Having used David Smith St Ives on previous projects I was expecting a good efficient service and that’s exactly what we received. Ordering, delivery and quality of products were all first class and have provided an excellent finish to these new buildings.”
