Metropolitan Housing Trust and Chase New Homes, in partnership with Stevenage Borough Council, are working together to create a development of 248 new homes at Wedgewood Way in Stevenage.
The development will bring 248 much needed new affordable homes to the Stevenage area when the project is completed later in 2019.
We worked with the Forres-based design team at James Jones & Sons to create the roof structures for five apartment blocks, which have spans of up to 8 metres and include complex HIP details.
